The Summary of Email, Virtual Learning Environment and Google Docs. 

The integration of technological tools like Email, Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) and Google Docs in educational learning and teaching has completely transformed the way of imparting and gaining knowledges by both facilitator and a learner. It supports the aspects of digital literacy, collaborative learning, active engagement and communicative learning. Email, as one of the communicative tools, permits for formal works, instant and efficient communication especially for a learner who submit assignments, ask doubts and clarifies and to receive feedback. Unlike various other communicative tool, it’s not distractive, as it allows for professional way of learning and it is reliable for both academic and other professional purposes.

VLE, as an informative tool, serves as a digital classroom where almost all academic resources and activities are displayed there especially for university student like us. It is accessible anytime to go through course content, lecture notes, assignment portals, grades, and announcements. VLE gives us the privilege to learn in our own pace, prepare in advance using shared resources, and manage our academic tasks effectively. Teachers also benefit from VLE through the distribution of learning materials and tracking student performance, thus saving time and enhancing classroom management. Further, many important announcements are given through the Virtual Leaning Environment which keeps us on track as per the college schedule.

Google Docs, used as a co-constructive tool, encourages group collaboration and knowledge building by enabling multiple users to give feedback, edit the work, comment on the friends work and share documents. This tool enhances group collaboration, problem solving in a group, co-writing the assignments, peer review and feedback and even developing lesson plans together. It reduces the need for physical meetings, saving time and increasing productivity. Features like auto-save document history make learning secure and flexible. We can revisit our past work, revisit the notes and even study. Collectively, these three ICT tools provides a useful digital literacy and support system for education. Email for communication, VLE for content delivery, and Google Docs for collaboration enhancing learning and touching every needy corners. They empower both teachers and students to engage more deeply in the learning process, making education more dynamic, personalized, and accessible in today’s fast-evolving digital world

  ICT as Co-Constructive Tool

In today’s world of digital, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) plays an indispensable role in not just delivering content, but in co-constructing knowledge. A co-constructive tool is any digital apps, platform or space which permits multiple learners to edit content, share ideas, contribute information in order to come up with solution or to construct knowledge and concept in an interactive way. I personally feel that co-constructive tool are very supportive tool where it allows to work through communication, interactive learning, shared decision making and mutual cooperation. There are various co-constructive tools, among many, Google docs stand out as powerful tool of co-constructive tools.

How helpful Google Docs in my Learning? 

1. Group Assignments: Instead of working so isolated, we can use tools like Google Docs to co-write assignments like we did in EDT module to write lesson plan using TPACK and SAMR model integrating learning. We discussed through google docs which made it easier for us to collect ideas, share new objectives and came with up best lesson plan. Google Docs allows us to revise content and discuss together with colleagues in a same google docs at the same timing. 

2. Peer Review and Feedback

Before submitting assignments or lesson plans, we together can review each other’s work using the "comment" and "suggesting" features. This helps us enhance critical thinking and improves the overall quality of the work. We ensure to give feedbacks for re-correction of works within group to come up with best product. 

3.Collaborative Note-Taking or self-keeping note-taking

During lectures or study lessons, we can take shared notes in real time. Another advantage is I keep my ICT notes in Google Docs which help me keep notes for future reference and additional advantage is it gets save automatically so, there will be no worries of losing it. 

Google Docs really ensures us to learn from each other's perspectives and understanding. 

As a learner, I’ve come to truly love the power of co-constructive tools particularly like Google Docs. Using them has transformed the way I learn, collaborate, and engage with others and while doing assignments. These tools really help me enhance the quality of my work along with my groups work. One of the biggest advantages I noticed is they promote active participation. When I’m working on a shared assignments with friends, I feel like my ideas and my friends ideas together makes a quality product. Importantly, Google Docs helped me to save time and work efficiently, like I don't have to physically go with friends in real classroom for discussion but work online using this Google Docs easily which effectively minimize time. Google Docs helped us to design ICT games which made it easier for us corporately work and discuss the information as quick. 

Furthermore, I loved the real-time feedback and instant editing of our work. I don’t have to wait hours or days to get a response.

Lastly, I find it really encouraging that my learning is documented and available any time I want to fetch. I can revisit previous notes, see how my work has evolved, and reflect on how far I’ve come.

Informative tool is anything that shares messages, information and ideas in the form of video, graphics, text, image, animation and audio. It help us to share, teach and spread concepts or information. Informative tool can be a laying foundation for building a knowledge of anything, can be digital literacy, can be conceptual learning or any important theories we want to learn. Additionally, informative tool assist us through crucial announcements made, provide links for scholarships and many valuable details that we require professionally or personally. We have informative tools like websites, online databases, educational software and interactive simulations. These tools mainly aim to display information in a precise, clear and accessible manner. From many useful informative tools available, I would like to narrate about Learning Management System on Virtual Learning Environment(VLE) that we constantly use in our college for maximum works.

How helpful Virtual Learning Environment is in Teaching and Learning? 

A Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) is an online page or digital space where our maximum learning happens and we extract everything like notes, announcements, datelines and videos from there. It allows teachers to upload lessons, assignments, quizzes, and other essential materials required during learning importantly we, students can access them anytime. interestingly, we can even communicate and leave doubts to each other in VLE. There are spaces for feedback, making learning more flexible and organized. 

For teaching it efficiently delivers lecturers course materials, assignments and their announcements. They even use pad lets, mentee meter and quizzes to throw questions, impart concepts and assign works. It keeps updated records like keeping track of the attendance of students, their particular grades, feedback in a system making the evaluation so much easier. Virtual Learning Environment makes easier works for lecturers to announce the works and any announcements easily through online which can be accessible by large group of student at any time and it will not require much time. 

For our learning as a student, Virtual Learning Environment serves us with lecture notes that is both taught in the class and also the notes to be learned or studied as supplementary. Lecturers hand us reading materials in Virtual Learning Environment like Power Point Presentation slides and PDF reading materials. Virtual Learning Environment takes us through Assignment submission pages, due dates, reminders and time tables as well. It also displays our grades for the particular assignment Further more, Virtual Learning Environment provides us with constant updated announcements which is really indispensable. Moreover, Virtual Learning Environment gives us the privilege access the unlearned topics before hand to check the hard topics through term plans and reading objects. It help us to monitor our self paced learning which helps me independently go through notes anytime I need. As a learner, it is so easy to submit the assigned works and assignment online within short time and get feedbacks from online.    

In a nutshell, Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) serves a powerful informative tool that enhances and supports both teaching and learning in an easier and an effective way. It provides easy access to educational materials, encourages communication between students and teachers, and helps manage assignments, grades, and feedback efficiently. 1) ICT as a communicative tool

ICT as a communicative tool is using Information and Communication Technology ( like phones, email, gadgets, computers) to exchange, present and transmit information with each other which is easier and quicker to practice in the real context. ICT tools has actually become an indispensable materials in the world of today, because it serves as a bridge in any kind of interaction, it serve us during the most emergent hours like when we need the things need to be done immediately and to pass the news as quick as possible. Importantly, most of the jobs are done through technology which proves the world lays down without ICT. A communicative tool is any tool or technology that helps people to convey directions, information to learners or anyone.  These tools support interaction and collaboration in both real-time (synchronous) and delayed (asynchronous) communication. There are so many communicative tools like email, telegram, messaging apps, zoom, google meets and face book. And I am going to share my experiences with email as a communicative tool for now.

Email (Electronic Mail) is one of the most used and reliable forms of digital communication that we use. It allows us to send and receive written messages, documents, links, and media files quickly over online. In both teaching and learning, as well as in professional and personal life, email plays a crucial role in keeping communication organized, formal, and efficient. Email is the most important tool I am using at the moment as it gives me opportunity to apply through different competitions, different short-term scholarships and instant announcements made from the college. Personally, I feel email is quick and easy to use.

How Helpful Email is in my teaching and learning progress?

Electronic email allows easy methods to share course materials like reading list and assignments. Most important thing is lecturers can provide instructions and announcements like reminders about test, deadlines or any kind of class required announcements. Email is amazingly interesting for personalized feedback on students' assignments or behavior and student can reply through email and communicate through email. The reason I am choosing email is it will assist both teachers and student to address issues privately through direct messages in email and discuss it effectively. 

For my learning, email greatly help me in submitting assignments of different modules, especially very useful when submitting platforms are down or unavailable. Additionally, we as a learner can ask our doubts, seek clarification or extra help through email in formal way. We can always drop question for answers and more information from lectures. Email is so easy to use that it is reliable and accessible any time online. In a particular way, email will enhance our everyday learning as teachers will provide detailed comments and suggestions via email to every students. Unlike other apps, where announcements are made in bulk, email comes in every single holder which will will not keep us lack from important announcements. Email gives us to apply in scholarship which is very great opportunity. Furthermore, Email greatly aids us in coordinating group work or contacting multiple friends for discussion. 

Personally, email helps me to stay focused without the distractions like other apps have. Email is not featured with constant notifications like what face book and Instagram have, which will immediately disturb my attention. Also, email feels more professional and is usually used for important communication, like sending assignments, asking questions to teachers, or receiving announcement updates. One unique feature I find helpful is the ability to organize messages into folders or labels, which makes it easier for me to keep track of different topics. I also like that I can attach files, images, and documents easily, and even schedule emails to be sent later. The search function is also very useful when I need to find old messages quickly. Overall, email is simple, reliable, and helps me stay organized and focused.

In summary, email is a powerful and essential communicative tool in both teaching and learning. It offers a fast, reliable, and organized way to exchange important information, submit assignments, seek clarifications, and receive feedback. Its professional nature, ability to attach documents, and the option to organize and search messages make it especially useful for students like me. Unlike other platforms filled with distractions, email helps me stay focused, productive, and connected to academic and career opportunities. It has truly become a vital part of my daily communication and learning progress.
